TV-Rails 7075 Aluminum 3+2 Set — Compensated Tele-Style Saddles

Compensated TV-Rail® saddles keep the traditional three-saddle Tele-style architecture while improving paired-string intonation and giving each string a precise, secure V-shaped contact. This 3+2 Mix & Match 7075 Aluminum set adds two alternative-material saddles so you can shape the response of each string pair without buying three complete sets.

Set composition: 3 × 7075 aluminum + 1 × brass + 1 × stainless steel.

Material & tone shaping

7075 aluminum is the lowest-mass standard TV-Rails direction, with an open, immediate and dynamically lively response.

• 3 7075-aluminum saddles plus brass and stainless-steel alternatives for pair-by-pair tuning

A useful KMS starting combination is stainless steel at E/A for focused bass definition, 7075 aluminum at D/G for an open middle range, and brass at B/e for body and controlled treble. It is a starting point, not a prescribed final combination.

• Intonation screws: Brass · 6-32 UNC · Phillips + full-width slot combination head · nickel-plated or bare as selected
• Saddle-height screws: Nickel-plated carbon steel · 6-32 UNC · rounded tips
• Dual springs: 6 mm outer compression spring + 4.5 mm inner stabilizing spring per saddle; usable coupled or separately where setup requires

Compatibility

TV-Rails are saddle upgrades for compatible three-saddle T-style bridge plates. Confirm the actual bridge-plate geometry, intonation-screw positions and travel, 6-32 hardware clearance, saddle-height range, string path and 54 mm overall spacing. They do not automatically convert a modern six-saddle bridge plate into a three-saddle system.

The V contacts are finished geometry and should not be filed, widened or reshaped.
