FlowTrem2 C — 6-string

FlowTrem2 is a complete high-performance double-locking tremolo built around a Grade 5 titanium structure. Its baseplate, saddles, saddle mounts, fine-tuner components, locking hardware and MONOLITH block are Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5).

Core architecture

• Grade 5 titanium throughout the tremolo structure
• Gauge-dependent V-saddle support: thinner strings sit deeper, thicker strings sit higher
• Blind string-locating recess beneath each locking insert
• 2 mm greater usable rearward intonation range than the conventional Floyd Rose-style reference geometry
• Increased fine-tuner travel through redesigned saddle geometry
• Fine-tuner architecture without the conventional permanent Fine Tuner Tension Plate

Function-specific materials

The springs and OmniPort base are stainless steel. The package includes two 6 mm FlowBars — one titanium and one stainless steel — plus a titanium Spring Claw.

Tone & response

Designed for fast attack, clearly separated transients, tight low frequencies and direct dynamic response. The result comes from the complete mechanical system: material, mass, contact geometry, MONOLITH block, guitar construction and setup.

MONOLITH

Grade 5 titanium base blocks are available in 30, 35 and 42 mm. The selector above covers installed lengths from 30 to 46 mm using 2 mm Height Spacers. The 30 and 35 mm packages include one spacer and a Spring Retainer; the 42 mm package uses neither.

OmniPort & FlowBars

OmniPort accepts the matched 6 mm KMS FlowBars with defined click engagement and adjustable rotational resistance. Two O-rings control fit and play. Compatible Floyd Rose and Schaller-style 6 mm collar arms can also be used with their own collar adjustment.

Finish

DLC on the baseplate and complete saddle/saddle-mounting units; Carbon Black PVD on the remaining normally coated titanium components. The MONOLITH block and Spring Retainer remain sanded natural titanium in all versions.

Compatibility

FlowTrem2 follows the established Floyd Rose Original-style 6-string mounting footprint and installs as a direct replacement where that architecture is already present. Final fit still depends on pivot relationship, cavity geometry and block clearance.
